Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: No. All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We only ship to destinations within the United States at this time.

Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
A: No. All orders must be placed via the online store.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from our San Francisco brewery and are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Transit times communicated by Speakeasy Ales & Lagers are an estimate, and are subject to carrier delays.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you receive a product that is defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship, or if  there was a fulfillment mistake, such as sending you the wrong product, we will process returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be processed for any other reasons, including if you ordered the wrong size.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: We will exchange items for a different size at your shipping expense. Once the item is received we will ship out the size needed. Before mailing your item, please email themob@goodbeer.com to receive instructions on how to send an item back to our location.

Q: Can I change my order after it’s been submitted?
A:
Orders are automatically charged once submitted, therefore we’re unable to make any changes once an order is placed.
