New Release Party: Barrel-Aged Old Godfather Barleywine & Natas BBQ

Saturday, January 23, 1pm - 12am

Join us for the very first release of Barrel-Aged Old Godfather Barleywine, aged 11 to 15 months in bourbon barrels. Purchase bottles to go or relax and enjoy it on draft. This is a very limited batch, so come snag a few bottles for your cellar while you can! Natas BBQ will also be here at 3pm. 

New Release Party: Discreet Wheat & Native Sons BBQ Brunch

Sunday, January 24, 1pm - 8pm

Discreet Wheat is a brand new beer created by our shift brewer Brandon Nash, winner of the Speakeasy employee homebrew competition. Discreet Wheat is an American Wheat Ale brewed with Lemongrass, Calypso, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops, delivering a punch of citrus, tropical fruit, and floral flavors. 

Native Sons BBQ will also be here serving up some delicious treats at 2pm. Delicious, all wood smoked meat will be available, including: Beef Ribs, Whole Beef Brisket, Turkey, and Pulled Pork. Sides include potato salad and coleslaw. 

Who’s Your Daddy Cornhole Tournament

Sunday, January 24, 2pm - 6pm

Are you a badass cornhole player? Grab a partner and prove it. Toss your way through our tournament bracket and show everyone "Who's Your Daddy?" We'll have twelve beers on tap to loosen up your skills, including our new Discreet Wheat, pouring for the first time during the tournament. 

No tickets or entry fee is required, but spaces to participate are limited. Make sure you and your partner are available to compete, then email taproom@goodbeer.com to sign up. Spots are filling up quickly so don't wait too long. 

Crack Capone’s Vault: Vintage & Barrel-Aged Cellar Sale

Monday, January 25, 1pm - 10pm

Help us crack Capone's Vault! It's full of our best vintage and barrel-aged beers. We need to make room for more, so expect an incredible selection on tap with bottles to go, while supplies last!

No tickets are necessary. Just visit our Tap Room and we'll set you up with a flight of beer and charcuterie.

Firkin Fest & Meet the Brewers with Native Sons BBQ

Friday, January 29, 1pm - 12am

Enjoy five experimental firkins created by our brewers and chat with them about their creations. Here's the current lineup:

  1. Black Hand Chocolate Milk Stout with Orange Peel and dry-hopped with Amarillo, created by Joe Smith. 
  2. Big Daddy IPA with Cocktail Grapefruit, created by Rylan Ortiz.
  3. Black Hand Chocolate Milk Stout with Sugar Knife Marshmallows, Graham Crackers, and TCHO cacao nibs, created by Mike Brinkman.
  4. Payback Porter with peanut butter cups, created by Kushal Hall.
  5. Metropolis Lager with Lemongrass, Lime, Ginger, Thai Pepper and Bayleaf by Josh Benedict. 

Native Sons BBQ will be serving up the best ALL WOOD BBQ in San Francisco! Yes, thats right, Native Sons twice in a week! You can't go wrong with BBQ, ever. They will be serving the following smoked meats: pork belly, whole chicken, whole beef brisket, beef ribs, cream corn, baked beans and banana pudding. Mouth watering, right?

Service starts at 4pm until they sell out -- and they always do, so show up early!

Soul & Swing: Live Blues, Jazz & Session Beers

Saturday, January 30, 1pm - 12am

It's Session Saturday at Speakeasy. Come wind down beer week at our tap room! We will be hosting four jazz and blues bands between 2-11pm, while serving up our session beers. Bring your growler! We'll have cornhole in the parking lot and Christopher’s Fine Catering will be here at 2pm serving reuben sandwiches and sweet potato fries.
